Getting your test results

You can request a copy of your test results by writing to us or sending us an e-mail and specifying which results you would like.

Please note that we are unable to e-mail sensitive information due to GDPR and Data Governance.

If you have access to health services online (such as the NHS app or Patient Access), you may be able to see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results.

Please contact the surgery, by writing to us or sending us an e-mail, to request access to your online test results.

If your results are "normal", you will usually not hear from us.

If your results are "abnormal", a clinician will usually send you a text letting you know the results, as well as if any medication has been issued for you to your nominated pharmacy. If a clinician would like you to have your bloods re-checked, we will be in touch to let you know and offer you an appointment.
