New Patient Registration

During the COVID pandemic we will only be accepting registrations from patients who are moving into our practice area. If you are currently registered with a neighbouring practice we recommend you stay with them for the time being.

If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so please provide proof by way of a recent utility bill along with one form of photo ID such as a passport or driving licence

Following changes to the NHS Registration form we are no longer able to accept registrations via the website.

Please call into the surgery in person, and we will be happy to help you.

Please ensure you have sufficient medication before leaving your previous surgery. If you do take regular medication, please arrange an appointment with a GP for a medication review once you are registered.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
