You can use this form to update us of any changes to your contact details. Having correct contact details allows us to communicate effectively with you.


Accessibility information

The entry to the building is reasonably flat with a small lip over the threshold of the door, although no step. There are automatic doors at the entrance to the building, and the foyer door is activated by a touch sensor.

We have an accessible toilet with alarm, although no hoist.

We have several consulting rooms on the ground floor and two upstairs which are accessed by stairs; if this would not be suitable for you, please let the reception team know upon booking your appointment.

Please let us know if you have any access needs by completing the form below; we would be happy to accommodate any accessible needs request that we are able to, and we will take each case on a case-by-case basis as everyone is an individual, with different needs.

Opening Times

Please note - you may be given an appointment earlier than 8:30am on our Extended Hours sessions.  

We are open, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am until 6pm, apart from bank holidays when we are closed all day, and afternoons when we are closed for staff training. You can find these dates here.

We offer extended hours sessions on a Monday and Thursday morning, from 7am until 8am (for pre-booked appointments only - we are unable to assist with any other queries during these times).

We are closed on a Saturday. We offer additional appointments are our Extended Access Hub at Elswick Family Practice (please contact the surgery for more information about this).

We are closed on a Sunday.
